Coconuts are an important tree species in the tropics; after the coconut flesh has been harvested for consumption,theshell is discarded, causing environmental problems.

lt was found that coconut shells can be used to produce coconut charcoal, so these wastes can not only be recycledand fully used, but positive benefits of environmental protection can also be achieved, therefore this is an important"environment friendly"fiber.

The coconut shell fibers are heating to 1200C and becomes activated carbon.Mixed with polyester and otherchemicals.it becomes coconut-charcoal master-batch,and using polyester as diluting vectorit is spun into coconut-charcoal filament and staple fibers.

This unique fiber structure design has the characteristics of hygroscopic and breathable, antibacterial, warm in winter and sad in summer, green and environmental protection.

Bamboo charcoal is known as "black diamond" and is internationally known as "the new defender of environmental protection in the 21st century".

Treatment process

Using plant waste materials (bamboo, coconut shell, coffee residue), sintering at a high temperature of more than 1000 ℃, then using nano grinding and coating technology, and with a variety of nano materials, through mixing and spinning processes, a new generation of dyeable composite functional environmental protection plant carbon fiber is formed.

Thermal fibers are a nano multi-functional yarn made from various nano-grade natural thermostat, super absorbent polymers, UV resistant, nano metallic  antimicrobial particles and special heating materials, which are added to terylene,Nylon or Viscose macromolecules; these are one kind of excellent body surface temperature regulating fibers.

CHARACTERIZES

1.In addition to permeability,thermal fibers have also antibacterial,deodorizing, skin-friendly, moisture retaining,thermostat adjust ment and good heat retaining effects.

2. These fibers contain a special nano powder, which has better thermal reflectivity that normal FIRfibers,so it can rapidly adjust the whole body's electrical currents,relax the muscles and increase motive functions,therefore the wearer's body can recover quickly from fatigue and feel pleasantly comfortable again.

3. PHYSICAL PROPERTIES AND ACTION PRINCIPLE

Mica flakes are completely colorless and transparent,its melting point is 1300'℃C, so at the high temperature of 550℃ its physical properties are completely unchanged.

Because the heat conduction rate of PET is only 0.03, mica flakes’ heat conduction rate is more than 5 times higher. Adding that nano mica's surface is electrically charged, so hydration is very high,and water will be removed only at temperatures higher than 50o'℃, thus its high moisture content can promote cooling effect, so having a double effect of "high thermal conduction + high endothermic effect",makes it so that nano layer mica has become the new generation cooling material.

When the mica flakes'thickness decreases, the impact of the borders' cooling effect on heat conductivity will increase significantly, the thermal conductivity perpendicular to the flakes will decrease, but the thermal conductivity horizontal to the flakes will increase gradually.
